The Process…
  • Order your repair online
  • Post in or drop off your device
  • We receive, inspect and repair your device…over 95% completed the same day
  • Once our expert technicians have tested your device, we post back to you free of charge – fully tracked and insured
  1. Customer orders and pays for repair online before 17:00 Tuesday and sends device off
  2. smobi receives device, inspects, repairs, test then send back
  3. Customer receives the repaired device on Wednesday.

*6 Month warranty does not cover accidental damage. Over 95% of repairs are carried out on the day we receive the device.

How long will my phone take to repair?

Most of our customers post their devices to us. On average, over 95% of repairs are carried out on the same day the device arrives, then posted back using a next day delivery method – fully tracked and insured. Local to us? Pop in with your device for same day service.

Will I lose any data from my Mobile Phone?

We endeavour to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important please do let us know when you send in your mobile phone.

What kind of parts do you use for repairs?

We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.

Is there a warranty?

Of course! All repairs undertaken by Smobi come with our 6 month, “no quibble” warranty. Unfortunately, if you are clumsy and drop your device or take it with for a swim…we are unable to cover accidental damage!

Do your technicians know what they're doing?

We love our devices as much as you and wouldn’t trust anyone without knowledge to repair! Our technicians are iTech qualified.

Can you price match?

Yes… if you want a cheap replacement part used for your repair! Some of our competition do offer repairs at lower prices than us. However, we only use the highest quality parts rather than inferior ones and this does come at a price.
